Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive forces and opportunities for 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to inform long-term business planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking strategic reports and visualizations for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early signals of change
- Establish KPIs to track the implementation and impact of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic transformations
