Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trajectories toward 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Produce trend reports and disruption forecasts with 85%+ predictive accuracy
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with stakeholders from Silicon Valley to Wall Street
- Design innovation roadways for clients navigating post-quantum computing and AGI transitions
- Author thought leadership pieces for FutureForward Journal and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists using our Temporal Intelligence training framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau and D3.js
- Certification in Strategic Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Shell, WFS)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Experience presenting to boards of directors on multi-decade scenarios
