- Present actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready technologies into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author annual Future Outlook reports published in industry journals
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling future-ready products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech disruption vectors
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or similar methodology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading remote global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year horizon strategic initiatives
