- Design scenario-planning models to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of future-ready initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF)
- Published author in innovation or futures literature
- Experience leading global remote teams across time zones
