Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons using data modeling and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future workforce and infrastructure challenges
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present executive briefings on future-state implications using immersive storytelling and visualization tools
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry roundtables
- Mentor internal talent in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in ambiguous environments
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Davos)
