Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology impact reports with predictive modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for adopting emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of publishing predictive trend analyses with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist reports or patents
