Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders on emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Produce high-impact strategic reports quantifying market opportunities and disruption risks for 2026
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term strategic initiatives
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau) and AI platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) strongly preferred
