Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational priorities with emerging market disruptions
- Curate and deliver executive-level insights through white papers, keynote presentations, and advisory boards
- Build and lead a global network of futurist practitioners and industry thought leaders
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies with 7+ year ROI horizons
- Mentor junior strategists and establish the company as a future-forward authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
