Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate market disruptions and recommend strategic pivots
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry talks, and executive briefings
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on organizational strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau
