Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios across technology, geopolitics, and social dynamics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex signals into actionable strategic recommendations
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Anticipate disruptive trends and opportunities in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Advise product development teams on long-term viability and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Design organizational resilience strategies for volatile future environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Strong network in futurist, tech innovation, and policy communities
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
