Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Design and implement continuous foresight methodologies across the organization
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists and build the next generation of foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
