Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across technology, market, and societal domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify high-impact opportunities and risks for the 2025-2027 horizon
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential on industry landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers to validate trend hypotheses
- Design and execute horizon scanning methodologies to capture early signals of transformative change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, IoT, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with strong data interpretation skills
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for executive audiences and public forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or related methodologies preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or scenario planning projects required
