- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports disseminated to Fortune 500 partners
- Design innovation pipelines integrating future-proofing principles
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities organization-wide
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
