Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ trends
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead scenario planning workshops and risk assessment for long-term business viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proofing methodologies and frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic plans
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
