Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global markets
- Produce strategic white papers and trend briefs influencing R&D priorities
- Partner with innovation teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) preferred
