Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-based futures models and roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and execution plans
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights and compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of driving successful large-scale transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
