- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience)
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future-proofing priorities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports influencing company strategy
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals impacting our 5-year vision
- Present future outlooks to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent preferred
