Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026, analyzing emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive market changes
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' identifying high-impact trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating future insights into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
