Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 vision milestones
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (articles, white papers, books)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
