- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and implement KPI systems to track emerging technology adoption and market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Oversee the creation of immersive future-state simulations and predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or trend reports
