Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging opportunities in sustainability and digital transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (Web3, AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in analytical tools (Python, Tableau, Miro)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact future-state strategies successfully implemented
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
