Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026-era technologies including advanced AI neural architectures and quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect strategic blueprints for human-AI symbiotic systems and decentralized digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid iteration cycles
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and contribute to industry-wide standards development
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure resources for high-impact innovation projects
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge methodologies and future-thinking approaches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or immersive metaverse development
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies launched in the past 5 years
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and exponential growth models
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to connect disparate technologies into cohesive future visions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology (white papers, patents, keynotes)
