Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing software ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of model performance, including benchmarks and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Ensure AI safety, ethical alignment, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and Deep Learning to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and model quantization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
