Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior Innovation Architect to define the technological landscape for our organization in the year 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between futuristic technology trends and practical business strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will lead the creation of our 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech stacks and integrating them into our long-term product vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap and strategic vision.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) relevant to 2026.
- Design and prototype high-level architectural frameworks for future product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Evaluate third-party vendors and open-source solutions for long-term viability.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of future tech integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and long-term technology forecasting.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure trends.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a high-growth, startup environment is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
