Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the architectural design for complex, distributed systems, leveraging microservices and serverless technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding AI researchers and product managersâto translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and review architectural blueprints to ensure maintainability and performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a deep understanding of AI/ML integration frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale deployments and managing technical debt.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
