Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Strategic Initiatives: Architect and deploy next-generation machine learning models that anticipate future market needs and technological shifts.
- Model Optimization: Drive the development of high-performance, energy-efficient inference pipelines to support large-scale deployment.
- Research & Development: Conduct advanced research in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents, publishing findings and contributing to open-source communities.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and scalability bottlenecks before they impact production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architectural Skills: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Innovation Mindset: A proven track record of innovating and implementing new technologies in a production environment.
