- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Lead the design of scalable microservices architectures and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct technical due diligence for new partnerships and acquisitions.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure security, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of leading teams through the full product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
