Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 2024, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, and write clear user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Sales) to ensure successful delivery and high-quality standards.
- Act as the primary advocate for the user, conducting user interviews and usability testing to validate assumptions.
- Analyze key metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to measure product success and iterate on features continuously.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
