The Role:
You will own the product lifecycle for our flagship 2026 initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and user-centric design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Product Vision: Lead the strategic planning and roadmap definition for key product milestones, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market research to identify trends, validate assumptions, and prioritize features.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to stakeholders and executives, securing buy-in and resources.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing teams to develop launch plans that maximize adoption and user engagement.
- Agile Execution: Manage the agile development process, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Roadmap Iteration: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to adapt the 2026 roadmap for maximum competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior PMs and foster a collaborative team environment.
