Job Description
We are embarking on a mission-defining initiative known as Project 2026. Our goal is to engineer the foundational architecture for the next generation of digital reality. We are looking for a visionary Senior Architect to lead the strategic roadmap, bridging the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical, scalable enterprise infrastructure.
In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our platform, ensuring our systems are not only robust and secure today but are also future-proofed for the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. If you are passionate about solving complex problems at scale and defining the architecture of tomorrow, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and business objectives.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and massive data throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, security, and product management to integrate emerging technologies seamlessly.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous technical architecture reviews to maintain code quality, scalability, and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in the project lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., quantum computing readiness, edge computing) to advise on architectural shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), or distributed systems.
- Track Record: Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Technologies: Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Programming: Expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of asynchronous programming models.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
