Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive strategic vision for the Project 2026 initiative to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee the lifecycle of strategic projects, from ideation to execution, managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term planning and technological shifts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into the core business model.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive operations.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast future market conditions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative strategic planning.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.
