Job Description
Nebula Horizon Technologies is pioneering the convergence of artificial intelligence and quantum mechanics. We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation computational systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond. If you are passionate about solving humanity's most complex problems through advanced technology, this is your opportunity to shape the future.
In this role, you will architect hybrid quantum-classical models, optimize algorithms for emerging hardware, and define the technical standards for our quantum infrastructure. You will work in a high-performance environment alongside world-class researchers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms tailored for complex machine learning and optimization problems.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing resources into our existing AI infrastructure.
- Develop strategies to mitigate quantum noise and error rates in real-time computational environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and benchmarking of quantum hardware vs. classical systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Strong background in classical machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum Experience, Google Cirq).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
