Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge quantum machine learning models for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between classical and quantum computing architectures.
- Lead code reviews and technical strategy sessions to ensure system scalability and stability.
- Optimize existing algorithms to reduce quantum circuit depth and improve error rates.
- Define technical best practices for quantum software development and deployment.
- Conduct research to identify emerging quantum technologies relevant to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts: superposition, entanglement, and qubit operations.
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Google Cloud Quantum).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
