Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize quantum machine learning algorithms using frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-classical systems for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with theoretical physicists to translate mathematical models into executable quantum code.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system scalability and security standards.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and contribute to patent applications and white papers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages.
- Deep understanding of quantum gate models, quantum error correction, and quantum cryptography.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental setting.
