Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for blockchain and IoT security
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects with hardware and software teams
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in algebraic topology and group theory for quantum applications
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
