You will define the protocols, algorithms, and hybrid systems that will power the next generation of global finance, cryptography, and AI.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for 2026 enterprise workloads.
- Lead the architectural migration of legacy systems to quantum-resistant frameworks and cloud-native quantum environments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, cryptographers, and software engineers to debug quantum circuits.
- Define best practices for quantum error correction and hardware-software integration.
- Conduct high-level feasibility studies for quantum applications in logistics and predictive modeling.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on quantum computing concepts and programming languages.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, preferably with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems.
- Experience with cryptographic protocols and post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
