Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms for practical applications, focusing on error mitigation and noise reduction.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate quantum circuit requirements into efficient software implementations.
- Develop and maintain quantum simulators and compilers using Python, C++, and Rust.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior quantum developers in best practices for quantum programming.
- Research and prototype new quantum machine learning models to advance our AI capabilities.
- Document technical specifications and present architectural proposals to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Forest (PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex algorithms.
- Strong coding skills in Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures.
