Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary R&D teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world deployment and latency reduction.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in quantum software engineering best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum hardware developments and integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-performance computing, systems architecture, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Hands-on experience with quantum SDKs and simulators (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
