Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities to improve site crawlability, speed, and overall user experience.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword research strategies to target high-value search terms and capture organic market share.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and schema markup.
- Manage and monitor off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and outreach strategies to build authoritative backlinks.
- Analyze complex analytics data using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain compliant and competitive.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders and management to demonstrate ROI and growth metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including both on-page and technical optimization.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading SEO projects from conception to execution.
