The Role
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative content. You will optimize our digital footprint across all platforms, ensuring we dominate search results and capture market share in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and fix crawl errors, improve site speed, and enhance core web vitals.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions for maximum organic visibility.
- Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat outreach and relationship building with industry leaders.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis: continuously monitor competitor strategies and industry changes to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, robots.txt, sitemaps, and schema markup.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
