Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to uncover high-value opportunities for organic ranking.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements for maximum SEO performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- Stay abreast of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Train and mentor junior SEO analysts on best practices and advanced technical concepts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of driving significant organic growth.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.
