Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- On-Page Optimization: Lead the optimization of web content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures to maximize keyword relevance.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a robust off-page strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to ensure alignment between SEO goals and editorial calendars.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google updates and adjust strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly desirable.
