The Role
As our SEO Specialist, you will be the architect of our online visibility. You will work closely with content, design, and dev teams to ensure every touchpoint is optimized for maximum search performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content structure.
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve site health issues impacting SEO performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced digital agency or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform on-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other web analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
