Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexability problems.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive inbound traffic for key client campaigns.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Manage on-page optimization efforts, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized copy that resonates with target audiences and ranks well.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic growth, SERP rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices to ensure long-term SEO success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful organic growth campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of Google Search Central guidelines, including the latest Core Web Vitals updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Pro).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
