Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement performance improvements to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, testable, and efficient code, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain our high standards.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and resolve technical challenges in production environments promptly.
- Technical Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the broader engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of JavaScript, Python, or Java, along with experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Database Skills: Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in data modeling and optimization.
- Cloud Computing: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
