Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies such as Java, Python, and React.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web and mobile platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and usability.
- Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
