Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to maintain code quality over time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and cloud technologies.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
