Responsibilities

- Optimize 3D rendering pipelines and web graphics to ensure high-fidelity experiences across devices.
- Integrate AI-driven content generation and predictive analytics into spatial interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps for future spatial technologies.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in spatial computing design principles.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers in spatial development best practices and emerging technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and drive technical excellence within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in Unity or Unreal Engine, with a strong portfolio of web-based 3D projects.
- Deep understanding of WebGL, Three.js, or Babylon.js for high-performance rendering.
- Familiarity with AI integration (e.g., LLMs, computer vision) within spatial contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
