Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Innovation Teams: Manage a diverse team of architects and engineers, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Cloud Infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for stakeholders and clients.
- Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for system design, security, and scalability to ensure robust, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior leaders and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives and budget allocations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Full-Stack development, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Machine Learning integration.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and retain top-tier technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
