Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies, assess risks, and define the technology vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure technology architectures that support long-term business growth.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and pilot cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to determine feasibility and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and enterprise architecture patterns.
